SandPearl, also known as Cozy Beach Bungalow, is a ground-floor studio with a private gated patio, steps from the Gulf beach in Pass-A-Grille. Walk from the Bungalow to the sand, then return to your own outdoor space for coffee or a quiet evening together.

One of our four family-owned historic Southern PAG Beach House Bungalows, SandPearl is a simple home base for couples and smaller parties who want the beach within an easy walk.

SandPearl suits travelers who are comfortable sharing an open living and sleeping space. The studio keeps everything together, while the private gated patio gives you another place to sit, eat, and enjoy time outside.

Studio Layout

SandPearl / Cozy Beach can accommodate up to four guests and includes:

• Ground-floor studio layout.
• One queen bed and a sleeper sofa in the open living and sleeping area.
• A fully equipped kitchen.
• A step-in shower.
• A private gated patio with a charcoal grill.
• One included parking space.

Beach chairs and equipment and an outdoor rinse-off shower are also provided. For four guests, consider whether sharing a studio works for your party; Tyler can help you compare the layouts before booking.

Walk to the Gulf from 12th Avenue

SandPearl is in the 12th Avenue neighborhood of Pass-A-Grille, at the southern end of St Pete Beach. The Gulf beach is steps away, so you can walk to the sand and return to the Bungalow between outings.

The bay, local shops, and restaurants are also within walking distance. Keep your plans simple: a morning at the beach, lunch at the Bungalow, and time on the patio when you feel like slowing down.

SandPearl or StarFish for Two?

Choose SandPearl / Cozy Beach if you prefer a ground-floor studio and a private gated patio. Choose StarFish Bungalow if having a separate bedroom is more important to you.

Staying with Your Dog

SandPearl welcomes dogs with advance approval and a non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 per pet. Please use a leash outdoors on the property, including the patio, and pick up after your dog.
